How much is your jewellery?
All prices are in £ GBP.

How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse my shop, and add your desired goodies to the cart. Checkout is completed through my Etsy shop. Etsy is a lovely website specialising in handmade and vintage items. I'm afraid you will have to make an Etsy account, or sign in with Facebook, to complete a purchase from me. But it is very easy, I promise! Payment is made via credit or debit card, or by PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay me through PayPal, do not worry! For more information about Etsy, click here, and for more information about PayPal, click here.

I can't find the piece that I saw at your fair/online earlier! Why?
Panic not my friend. Once an item is sold out in my online shop, it just doesn't show up any more. But if you contact me I can let you know if/when I'll be making more, or when it will next be available.

Where are you based?
I'm based in York, in North Yorkshire, in the UK.

Can I buy from you in real life?
Yes! I sell at a few fairs throughout the country. Have a look at my events page to see if I'm exhibiting at a fair near you, and come say hi! Alternatively, you can see a list of shops that sell my jewellery here.

How will my jewellery be packaged?
All jewellery comes in a cute twobadbananas recycled giftbox, with decoration designed and applied by me. I send all packages out in jiffy bags so they're nice and safe.

How will my order be posted?
• UK buyers: Packets are sent Royal Mail First Class Standard. Domestic post can take up to a week, but usually averages a mere two days. Items are typically posted within three to five working days of cleared payment.
• International Buyers: Packets are sent Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). International post can take up to three weeks, so please be patient. Items are typically posted within three to five working days of cleared payment.

How much does postage cost?
Postage is charged at a flat rate. Domestic post costs £2.70 per parcel, and International post costs £3.30 per parcel.

I'm an International Buyer. Will there be a Customs Charge?
Customs charges can sometimes be incurred when importing goods. These charges are at the discretion of the customer, not the seller. If you are worried about this, I would check with your national Revenue and Customs Agency.

What is your refunds and exchanges policy?
• I'm quite happy to sort out an exchange or replacement for you. I want you to be happy with what you have bought!
• Refunds will be accepted if the item purchased is found to be faulty within seven days of receipt. The refund will be issued once the faulty item is returned. All return postage charges are at the discretion of the customer, not the seller. To initiate a refund, please contact me.

The item I'm buying is a gift. Can you post it to the recipient?
Sure thing! When you check out you have the option to set a Billing Address and a Delivery Address. If you'd like the invoice to be posted to you separately, just let me know in the "Messages To Seller" box when you're checking out.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet. How long should I wait before I start to worry?
You will receive an email once your parcel has been posted. If you're in the UK, and two weeks have passed since your parcel was posted, then please contact me immediately here - I will help you! If you're outside the UK, and a month has passed since your parcel was posted, again, please contact me here.
